GoCart is a Stripe Extension App that:

• Generates ecommerce websites from your existing Stripe product catalog
• Provides website customization and management tools from within your Stripe account and the GoCart UI extensions
• Syncs with your Stripe account for real-time product updates
• Offers various themes and features for website optimization

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use GoCart, you must:

• Have an active Stripe account with products and data
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account

Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial with the following terms:

• Full access to all GoCart features during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• Trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• Trial data is retained if you convert to a paid plan

Subscription and Billing

After the trial period, GoCart offers two subscription options:

• Monthly plan: $14.99 per month
• Annual plan: $149.99 per year (equivalent to $12.49/month)

Billing is handled through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoCart only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service to sell illegal products or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use the service to harm others or their property

Data and Content

Regarding your data and content:

• You retain ownership of all content you upload or create
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you use
• We use modern encryption to protect your data
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

Stripe Integration

GoCart integrates with Stripe and you acknowledge:

• Stripe's terms of service also apply to your use of GoCart
• We access your Stripe data only as necessary to provide our service
• You must maintain an active Stripe account for GoCart to function
• Changes to your Stripe account may affect GoCart functionality

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• Specific performance levels or response times

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
• We may terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days

Intellectual Property

GoCart and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• We retain all rights to the GoCart platform and technology
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
• Our themes and templates are licensed for your use only
• You retain rights to your custom content and branding

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GoCart is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time:

• We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You should review terms periodically for updates
