Sometimes you want users to be able to adjust the quantity of a product in their cart. However, sometimes you want to limit the quantity to 1 like if you're selling a digital product or a subscription. This guide will walk you through how to set this up.
On the GoCart Settings Page you will see a section called "Allow adjustable quantities". Here you can set the default for all products.
You can set this to "Yes" to allow users to adjust the quantity of a product in their cart. You can also set this to "No" to limit the quantity to 1. The user will be unable to adjust the quantity if this is set to "No".
By default, all products will inherit the global setting. However, you can override the global setting on a per-product basis.
A product can have a quantity setting with one of the following values: "Yes", "No", or "Use company setting".
Change the product setting by viewing the product in your product catalog, then opening the GoCart App.
