Suggest similar products at checkout to drive more sales

Cross-selling is a powerful marketing technique that involves offering related products or services to customers who are already engaged with your business. By cross-selling, you can increase your average order value and provide a more tailored shopping experience.

Cross-Selling Setup

From your Stripe Dashboard, navigate to your "Product catalog" page. From there, select one of your products which you'd like to add a cross-sell to. You will see a section on the Stripe Product page for "Cross-Sells".

Click the "Find a product..." box and search for the name of the product you think would be a good cross-sell. The selected cross-sell item will appear in place of the search box.

That's it! Your cross-sell item will appear on the checkout page when one of your visitors is about to complete their purchase. This is a great time to offer a related product, an additional add-on service, or an accessory related to an item in their cart. Since they are already intending to buy, they are more likely to add the cross-sell item to their cart.
