GoCart provides a quick overview of your account and the products available on your website.
Account Overview
On the GoCart Settings Page you will see a section called "Account management". This is a basic overview of your account.

This box shows several pieces of information about your account:
- Subscription
- The status of your subscription such as 'Trial', 'Paid', or 'Suspended'. If you see 'Unknown', this means that there is no subscription associated with your account.
- Trial end date
- The date your trial will end. You will not be charged until after your trial ends. This is only shown if you are on a trial.
- Subscription end date
- The date your subscription will renew. This is only shown if you have a paid subscription.
- Sync status
- The status of your account's sync. If you see 'Syncing', this means that your account is still syncing with GoCart. If you see 'Complete', this means that your account is fully synced with GoCart.
- Total products tracked
- The total number of products that are tracked by GoCart.
- Total visible products
- The total number of products that are visible on your website. Items can be hidden by changing the 'Show on website' setting for the product in the GoCart App. Products can also be hidden if the default currency of the product does not match the account's default currency.
Manage Subscription
If you are on a trial or paid subscription, you can manage your subscription by clicking the "Manage subscription" button. This will open the GoCart Customer Portal in a new tab. From there you can cancel your subscription or upgrade to a different plan. This link will only be shown if you are on a trial or paid subscription.
